Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your CoRaise account and associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
Option 1 – In app
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions.
Option 2 – Request by email or form
Send a deletion request to privacy@co-raise.app and include the email address associated with your account. You may also use the form below to submit your request.

Your account deletion request has been sent. We will process it within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account profile will be permanently deleted
- Messages and shared data may remain visible to the other household member
- Uploaded documents and receipts associated with your account will be removed where possible
- Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
