Neutral Communication & Co-Parent Safety
CoRaise is designed to support respectful communication between parents who share responsibility for children. The platform includes tools intended to reduce conflict and encourage constructive conversations.
These design features include:
- Automated language analysis that suggests more neutral phrasing when messages appear escalated
- Clear documentation of communication to reduce misunderstandings
- Structured tools for expenses, schedules, and shared records
- Reporting and moderation tools to address harassment or abusive behavior
The goal of these features is to support healthier co-parent communication and help parents focus on the well-being of their children. CoRaise does not monitor conversations in real time and does not intervene in parenting decisions. Users remain responsible for the content of their communications.
Report Abuse
If you see messages or behavior that violate our safety or content policies—including harassment, threats, hate speech, or other prohibited content—you can report it through the app. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in moderation actions such as message removal, warnings, or account suspension or termination, as described in our Content Moderation Policy. We take reports seriously and use them to keep the platform safe for all users.
Block User
If interactions with the other parent become unsafe or abusive, you may block communication from that user. Blocking limits their ability to send you new messages or notifications through the app. Because CoRaise is designed for two parents within a household, blocking does not remove shared records (such as existing messages, calendar entries, or expense history) that are part of your household data. It does, however, give you control over whether you receive further direct communication from the blocked user while you decide on next steps (for example, seeking legal or mediation support).
Safety Design
The platform encourages respectful communication through neutral messaging tools and reporting mechanisms. CoRaise is designed as a communication and coordination tool and is not intended to escalate disputes between parents.
