Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CoRaise application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
CoRaise provides tools to help parents coordinate communication and shared responsibilities in a neutral and organized way. The service includes parent-to-parent messaging, a shared custody calendar, expense tracking, receipt uploads, document storage, expense reports, and household collaboration tools. CoRaise is designed for two parents who share responsibility for children and operate within a shared household space where only members of that household can access the data.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use CoRaise in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Upload or share illegal material
- Abuse communication tools (for example, by spamming or using the platform to intimidate)
- Impersonate another person or create a false identity
Violation of these or other safety rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, as described in our Content Moderation Policy and Safety & Reporting pages.
Household Accounts
CoRaise is designed for communication between parents who share responsibility for a child or children. When you create or join a household, you acknowledge that the other parent in that household will have access to shared data (messages, calendar, expenses, and documents) within the app. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with any court orders or agreements that apply to your co-parenting arrangement.
Limitation of Liability
CoRaise is a communication and organization tool only. It does not provide legal advice and does not determine custody arrangements. We are not responsible for decisions you or the other parent make based on information in the app. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Automated Feature Disclaimer
Automated features in CoRaise, including AI-assisted communication suggestions and receipt processing, are provided for convenience only. These features should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all information generated by automated tools before relying on it. CoRaise does not guarantee the accuracy of suggested text or extracted data.
Evidence Disclaimer
Reports or records generated by the application may be used by you for personal documentation purposes. However, CoRaise does not guarantee that any records or reports will be accepted in legal proceedings. Acceptance of evidence is determined by courts, mediators, or other authorities—not by CoRaise. You may wish to consult a legal professional about how to use documentation in your situation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Content Moderation Policy, or other safety rules. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
